Dinner at the Elephant Hotel

Dinner at the Elephant Hotel following the final lecture concert with Rillings, Friends and Weimar staff. A glorious feast lasting two hours over wonderful food and conversation!


Amuse-Bouche:  Salmon with Red Beets and Whipped Goat Cheese
Lobster Beurre with Cauliflower garnish and Sherry
Gnocchi filled with Buffalo Mozzarella on Eggplant Puree
 Sea Bass with Borlatti Beans, broth, tomatoes, and Squid Mousse
Palate Cleanser:  Rasberry Sorbet
The Main Course!
Wait for it....
Steak with Goose Liver, Chanterelles, and a Red Wine/Onion Consomme
Dessert: Vanilla Mousse, Ice Cream and infused Fruits on Apricot Strip
   Truffle Tower
Satisfaction and Contentment over Coffee, Congac, and Cigars
